mansfield training school

The Mansfied Training School sat on more than 1,000 acres of land on what is now the property of a large university. Occupying 85 buildings, the School was ordered closed by the State Department of Mental Retardation in 1993. Since then, the School has been slowly deteriorating, though some buildings are finding use through the University for things such as storage and classrooms.
